We Love What We Do
The Feather River Center is the new nonprofit operating programs at the Forebay Aquatic Center at the Thermalito North and South Forebays State Recreation Area in Oroville, California.
We are a collaborative effort between Outdoor Education for All!, the Table Mountain Rowing Club, Butte Sailing Club, Chico State Rowing Club, and California Department of Parks & Recreation and its Division of Boating & Waterways.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote education, recreation, tourism, boating and water safety, and competitive water sports in and beyond the Feather River Watershed.
We seek to be a knowledgeable resource for safe boating and environmentally sustainable practices, as well as to provide a fun place where residents of northern California can enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We look forward to seeing you & your family on the water!
